REBECCA’S BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE

Q: Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I have always been interested in doing a boudoir photo shoot but never thought I had the time to do it. It was always a thought but my best friends encouraged me and it was the best decision I could have ever done! I love wanted to do something for myself and look like a badass and this was exactly the thing I wanted to do.

Q: How did you feel during your session? Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

Oh I felt like a Queen! The whole experience was amazing! I didn’t really know what to expect but Lauren made it so much fun and made me feel so comfortable.

Q: Would you do it again?

Oh hell yes I would! I’m already planning on what I should do next!

Q: Did you feel safe and comfortable in my home studio?

100% felt so safe and comfortable. Lauren made sure I was okay every step of the way. She was super professional and such a joy to shoot with.

Q: What was your biggest fear before the session? Did your fear come true, and if not, what happened instead?

You know I did not have really any fears going in. Maybe more of a self conscious about how my body was gonna look. But after seeing a sneak peek of one of the first photos she took, I was amazed! And I felt like a bad ass Queen the entire time and Lauren made me feel like that.

Q: When you first saw your images at the Image Reveal, how did you feel?

I was shocked, I didn’t know I can look that good! My confidence levels were so high that I literally wanted to show every person my photos and show it off to the world.

Q: How has your boudoir experience affected your self confidence, self worth, self image, and overall morale? Tell me your story.

Oh I thought I had a pretty moderate level of confidence going in, but after? My confidence has skyrocketed since. I am a plus size woman and I have never felt so sexy and beautiful in my life! I’ve been showing my photos to all my friends and (female) family members. I want to continue to show my images in hopes that more women with my body type can also feel sexy, beautiful, and badass like I did!

Q: What would you do different for your next session?

Oh I would love to change the scenery for my next session. Maybe a destination photoshoot and possibly a theme with it.

Q: Do you have any advice for women interested in booking a boudoir session? What would you say to someone considering doing a session with me?

Do it! Lauren is so amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable and makes you look gorgeous! It does not matter what size you are. Queens come in all shapes and sizes. Just know Lauren will bring out your Beautiful Badass Queen!
